I have a permanent interest in the creative process, nature, and indigenous wisdom. Outside of my clinical therapy work, I am the director of a non-profit organization working with the Shipibo tribe in the Peruvian Amazon. I enjoy travel and adventure that brings alternative perspectives to my life and art.

My personal interests and education provide me with a unique perspective to treat disease through a creative synthesis of traditional and non-traditional approaches. Both converge by helping you build resources from a position of your strength.

I enjoy learning. I hold a Master’s of Science in Social Administration from the Mandel School of Applied Social Science (MSASS) at Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Arts in art and expressive arts therapy, and a Bachelor of Science in art education. I’ve done extensive post-graduate training in somatic psychotherapies, Neurofeedback, attachment theory, and treatment of attachment disorders, trauma resolution, nature-based therapy and other mind-body-spiritual approaches to health and healing.

I’m a licensed clinical social worker-supervisor, a registered and board-certified art therapist, and an advanced clinical hypnotherapist.

But most of all, I’m here to help you heal yourself and succeed!
