Cindy Rios

Director of Corporate Compliance

I am a seasoned business professional with a track record for business development, visionary leadership and project management. I have a background in technical writing and development of standards used in the field of testing and measurement and was the recipient of the ASTM (American Society of Testing and Materials) Award of Merit in 2004. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College and a Chemical Dependency Counselor Associate certificate. I also hold a Certificate in Project Management from Kent State University.

My personal interests include a voluntary leadership position at a Women’s Wellness Foundation, a small non-profit whose mission is to help women recover from substance abuse, incarceration, domestic violence, and homelessness. My leadership helped establish the organization and is leading it to providing transitional housing for women in recovery. I’m also a co-leader of the Women’s Ministry at Elizabeth Baptist Church in the Slavic Village neighborhood of Cleveland. My husband, Tony, and I enjoy spending time with family and our 2 Chihuahuas.
